Job description:
The area of personnel incorporates both civilian and military human resource functions and the many related support tasks which are predominately administrative or operationally program management in focus. For example, reviewing position descriptions to ensure they are current and reflect the latest operational changes to the positions. If updates are required, coordinating with employees and their supervisors to ensure appropriate changes are expeditiously incorporated and entered into the personnel database.
Support administrative tasks as necessary to support organizational personnel functions.
Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to achieve stated positions or to make an adequate case for a particular strategy which may or may not be readily accepted, but is the best solution to achieve overall personnel goals.

The supporting personnel will have experience with similar personnel mission requirements. These personnel will also have experience in functions such as maintaining personnel records and familiar with the below Air Force Instructions.
