GlobeTech Exchange IT Subject Matter Expertise (ITSME) Program
GTX provides/applies a portfolio of IT subject matter expertise to a client IT organization in order to enable that organization to enhance its IT performance (by measurement) and ultimately increase its overall excellence and vitality.
“IT subject matter expertise” is defined as a collection of demonstrated knowledge, competencies/skills, expertise, experience, and accomplishment regarding application of the concepts, methodologies, processes/practices, and tools that are germane to a selected facet or domain of IT.

The GTX IT subject matter expertise can be applied in three fundamental ways.
• GTX can be retained to apply its expertise to actually accomplish mission related IT projects/tasks for the client organization using best practices in the subject matter expertise areas discussed in the following.
• GTX can be retained to specify, deploy process/practice improvements in selected key process areas (KPAs) which the client subsequently executes.
• GTX can be retained to provide subject matter expertise in an advisory or facilitation role in any of the key process areas cited in this document.
