We believe it is important for all team members to understand how GlobeTech (and, for that matter, most other successful companies, regardless of size) bid for a service contract. This basic process, formally or informally, applies to most business accepted by GlobeTech.
To arrive at a total fee structure for our clients, we estimate the salary expected to be paid for any position based on industry standards and 2080 working hours for the year (40hrs x 52 weeks). We then subtract holidays and vacation time to arrive at the total expected hours of revenue; typically 1,920 hours annually. Additional expected costs are then added; typically these are referred to as Overhead Expenses. This equation then permits us to predict a total expected cost per position to our customer.
