We provide all software technology deliverables from design through development to testing and implementation.

For our Department of Defense customers we subscribe to the approved processes and rigorous methodologies and procedures, and primarily focus on personnel and manpower supplementation.

But for our commercial customers we are moving to an agile software development methodology, and development success using a feature-driven development (FDD) approach. The practices of agile software development - short iterations, continuous testing, self-organizing teams, constant collaboration (daily integration meetings and pair programming for example), and frequent re-planning based on current reality (rather than six-month- old plans) - are all geared to the understanding of software development as an empirical process

Either way the key is having good people - good domain experts, good developers, good chief programmers. No process makes up for a lack of talent and skill.
