Job description:

Technically skilled and qualified toprovide non-personal services in compliance with all Performance Work Statement requirements. Able to provide the full range of administrative services.  Support the development, procurement, data collection, usage, modification/enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, verification, validation and maintenance of administrative records and functions for government and contractor personnel. Provide the full range of administrative support functions with the following skills and capabilities.

Administrative Skills
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

* Behave in a professional manner in all interfaces with other government offices and private business contacts.

* Prepare documents for copying and storage on the network shared drive, portal, or other collaboration system
* Maintain suspense file and makes follow-ups to ensure that responses to Action Items and/or Data Calls are prepared and submitted on time.
* Set up and maintain office files in accordance with established procedures and policy.
* Review documents that have been prepared for signature or coordination by the Client to insure they are error free and conform with regulations.

Job description:

Manpower specialists will have experience with United States Air Force Manpower support; a specialist will have performed the following types of duties for an Air Force Manpower organization.


Prepare process and maintain manpower reports and documents to meet the administration and management mission requirements of the organizational customer. Support administrative manpower tasks as necessary to support the full organizational functions. Provide guidance to management concerning the full extent of civilian personnel functions, i.e. position classification and employee management relations.  Responsible for reviewing personnel actions to determine accuracy of manpower data, and initiatives appropriate to the organization by preparing Authorization Change Requests (ACR’s) and forwarding them to the manpower office. 


Help determine impacts of manpower changes on the organization, and support notifying higher management of potential problems.  Track all manpower changes, and reconcile each new Unit Manning Document (UMD) against changes submitted to verify accuracy of the data.  Support maintenance of overall authorization numbers for serviced organizations. Administratively provide Manpower program review and analysis, and reports control while maintaining manpower data in the various required categories by organization or element and update as required, Develop totals in the various categories and prepare tables and charts to keep managers informed on manpower utilization.


Coordinate with applicable personnel in the development of performance indicators to depict progress made toward achieving stated goals. Gather and consolidate statistical data for various programs. Develop charts/graphs for quarterly program review analysis publication and to identify trends.
